My baby has recently become quite the expert dribbler and no matter how often we change his bib, his little chin and sometimes neck can become damp and sore: the nappy balm is such a wonderful gentle healing cream and owing to the oils it is also quite effective as a barrier cream too - at both ends!

Sales Administrator 

Hours: Full Time 9:00-5:30 Monday - Friday
Reports to: Business Development Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the innovative and growing Green Baby team. We are seeking an excellent administrator to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day administrative organisation and support to the Business Development Manager and Account Manager
• Creating new customer accounts
• Raising large customer orders in the system
• Managing the new line set-up process for all customers from Amazon through to smaller independents
• Answering the telephone
• Collating and posting samples
• Answering wholesale customer enquiries in relation to product detail and imagery
• Assisting with approaching potential clearance and sale channels and managing the set-up. E.g. Achica and Brand Alley
• Helping at weekend trade shows when required

The successful candidate will have a natural passion for people and products and fulfil the criteria outlined below:

• Friendly and enthusiastic with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have good Excel skills (you will be asked to demonstrate these at some point during the selection process)
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A high standard of written English is essential
• Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
• Passionate about delivering to the best of their ability every day and keen to develop within the business
• Must demonstrate clarity of thought
• Must be a quick learner and have the attitude and ability to adapt
