Returns and refunds
If for any reason you would like to return goods, please telephone us quoting your receipt number. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing and direct costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days. Where an item to be returned is a gift, a credit note will be offered to purchase alternate goods to the same value.
Environmental policy
In addition to offering ethical products we also endeavour to use recycled packaging, and print all promotional collateral on 100& recycled or FSC material.
Liability
The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Green Baby Trading.

Pricing and vat
All prices are subject to change. Prices are correct as of 01/01/12. Please note, we are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling off period, please e-mail us or write to us, giving the reason for the return as ‘contract cancellation’. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Return and original post and packing costs cannot be refunded. You can pay using most major credit or debit card. Alternatively, send us a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Green Baby Trading Limited’. (please allow an additional five working days for delivery).
Australian Orders - please note the following Sleeping Bags 2022, 9012, 9013, 9022 and 9023 cannot be delivered to Australia.
