My baby has recently become quite the expert dribbler and no matter how often we change his bib, his little chin and sometimes neck can become damp and sore: the nappy balm is such a wonderful gentle healing cream and owing to the oils it is also quite effective as a barrier cream too - at both ends!

Standard delivery charge of £3.95 to UK and Mainland on orders under £50. Normally within two to five working days of receipt of order, subject to availability, although please allow up to 14 days. Out of stock items may take up to 28 days.

 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly deliveries incur a surcharge of £8.
Postage on orders to British Forces Post Offices will be charged at the rate charged to us by the BFPO.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature maybe required on receipt for larger Parcel Force deliveries.

Zone 2: Denmark,  Austria, £15

Zone 3: Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia£18

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery charge of £5.95 to UK and Mainland. 

Monday to Thursday:Orders must be placed by 1pm, and you will receive your goods the next day.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Overseas Delivery Costs

All other destinations: £25** - Please allow between 5-8 working days for delivery.
We can ship to most overseas destinations. Please call us on 0800 0234 289 for a cost estimate.
**This is a minimum charge. Weight dependent - in some rare cases the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Australian Orders - please note the Sleeping Bags 2022, 9012, 9013, 9022 and 9023 cannot be delivered to Australia.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you would like to return goods, please telephone us on 0800 0234 289 quoting your receipt number. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods; return postage, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We have found that some companies who do offer free returns can cover this by absorbing the postage cost into other areas, such as increased prices of their products. Green Baby made the decision to not do this, as our policy is to keep product prices as transparent and affordable as possible.  We do however, from time to time offer free delivery and returns to our customers. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days. Where an item to be returned is a gift, a credit note will be offered to purchase alternate goods to the same value.
